Stillpoint AEC is partnering with an award-winning civil engineering firm in Houston to expand its water resources team. The role focuses on stormwater management, drainage design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for public and private sector clients.

The Civil Engineer will lead project tasks, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies. PE licensure is preferred and mentorship will be provided as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in water resources, stormwater, drainage and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis preferred.
• PE licensure is preferred; EIT candidates will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Design and support water resources and stormwater projects including drainage infrastructure and flood control improvements.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater modeling, and floodplain evaluations.
• Develop hydrologic/hydraulic models to evaluate runoff and drainage system performance.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare drainage reports, stormwater management plans, and construction documents.
• Support feasibility studies, detailed design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
