Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of land development engineering experience.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare final construction documents for land development and redevelopment projects, including plans, calculations, narratives, details and specifications.
• Develop stormwater management concept plans and design SWM facilities.
• Conduct construction observations and inspections of stormwater facilities.
• Support construction administration and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Develop stormwater operation and maintenance programs for clients with large assets.
• Prepare and coordinate local and state permit applications.
• Develop technical reports, calculations and supporting documentation.
• Research regulatory requirements, design manuals, codes and standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to address review comments and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, schedules and work plans.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support additional water resources projects as needed.
