Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex studies and develop annual and short-term operation plans.
  • Provide oversight of reservoir operations to support water management.
  • Develop reservoir operating criteria to maximize beneficial use of stored water.
  • Coordinate technical planning and review documents and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance to lower-graded staff on reservoir operations.
