Job summary

Pennoni in Milton, DE is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer to contribute to Municipal and Civil projects on a full-time basis at our Milton office. You will work on water/wastewater, water resources, and wet utilities design, planning, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and regulatory coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or related).
• 4+ years of professional experience in engineering with design exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage a variety of civil projects for multiple clients in Delaware and surrounding areas.
• Contribute to water infrastructure capital projects: planning, design, permitting, inspection & construction administration.
• Work on sanitary sewer collection, pump stations, and treatment projects; perform feasibility studies and report preparation.
• Design site layout, grading, roadway, utilities, and stormwater management; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with regulators and clients; mentor junior staff and manage project budgets.
