Stillpoint AEC is partnering with a respected civil engineering firm to recruit a Civil Engineer specializing in water resources and stormwater in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role focuses on design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and regulatory coordination, with opportunities for project leadership and PE licensure support.

This position offers hybrid/onsite work, competitive compensation, and pathways to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in water resources, stormwater, drainage design, or related modeling.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered for progression toward PE.
• Proficiency with standard hydrologic and hydraulic analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and support water resources and stormwater projects including drainage systems and flood control improvements.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, stormwater modeling, and floodplain evaluations.
• Develop models to assess runoff, conveyance, and drainage performance.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare drainage reports, design plans, specs, and construction documents.
