Job summary

The City of Loveland seeks a Water Quality Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for drinking water, wastewater, and source water quality programs. You will oversee program and laboratory managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with state, federal, and regional partners on evolving standards.

Salary ranges from $100,339.62 to $145,492.46 annually, with a hiring range of $100,339.62 to $122,916.04.

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Graduate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in water quality, drinking water, wastewater, environmental compliance, or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Water Quality Services Group to ensure regulatory compliance and public health protection.
• Supervise program managers and laboratory managers with strategic direction.
• Develop and implement source water quality programs and environmental monitoring plans.
• Coordinate with interagency partners and prepare regulatory reports and certifications.
