The Water Quality Planner/Program Manager IV will lead innovation in stormwater project development and prioritization across King County. This role supports the Our Green Duwamish (OGD) coalition, co-designs regional stormwater retrofit priorities, and explores performance-based contracting to implement water quality projects effectively. The successful candidate will deploy new strategic planning tools, collaborate with multiple agencies, and support water quality and stormwater management initiatives.

The WLRD is a diverse organization focused on protecting and managing water and land resources, employing science, innovation, and collaboration. The SWS Section manages stormwater runoff and surface water to safeguard public safety, water quality, and ecological health. The CRSU oversees collaborative planning efforts, develops strategic tools, and promotes green infrastructure.
