Job summary

Clean Harbors in Bridgeport, NJ is seeking a Water Project Supervisor to lead on-site crews of Environmental Technicians across various water projects. The role includes supervising operations, ensuring safety, and supporting upcoming water construction efforts in New Jersey.

The position requires travel, often 6+ weeks on the road with 1 week home, and offers a compensation package that ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually, plus base pay, overtime, and per diem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in environmental studies preferred.
• Experience in water treatment and wastewater systems preferred.
• Valid and clean driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/globally.

Responsibilities

• Ensures health and safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Supervises multiple employees on water projects.
• Maintains and submits project paperwork promptly after operations.
• Ensures staff meets all compliance standards.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
