Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Water Project Supervisor to join our Water Project Team in Bridgeport, NJ. The role oversees environmental technicians on-site across water project sites and supports upcoming NJ-based construction efforts. Travel across CONUS and globally is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in environmental studies preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid and clean driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA) and DOT/EPA codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews on water project sites and ensures safety requirements.
• Oversees paperwork and documentation after project operations.
• Ensures compliance with standards and maintains a clean work environment.
• Supports upcoming water construction projects across New Jersey.
