Job summary

Wright-Pierce is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Water Group in the United States. The role focuses on planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects.

Salary range is $78,000 - $125,000 per year, with final salary based on education, experience, certifications, and location. Hybrid work environment and multiple office options are available.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of engineering experience working on water projects.
  • Familiar with local, state, and federal regulatory and funding processes.
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • AutoCAD and GIS knowledge is a plus.

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Water Group. This role is involved with planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects.

Salary range is $78,000 - $125,000/yr.

NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects
  • Provide support to Lead Project Engineers and other team members
  • Hydraulic design for pump and piping systems
  • Master planning, asset management
  • Writing technical reports, memos, communications
  • Working on pilot studies as assigned
  • Travel to sites; field work visits for projects in various phases
