Job summary

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning environmental engineering firm, seeks a Project Engineer to join the Water Group for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects. Salary range is $78,000-$125,000 per year, final pay based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

This role involves planning, design, and construction administration, with opportunities to support Lead Project Engineers and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience on water projects.
• Commensurate experience with local, state, and federal regulatory and funding processes.
• MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; AutoCAD and GIS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects
• Provide support to Lead Project Engineers and other team members
• Hydraulic design for pump and piping systems
• Master planning, asset management
• Writing technical reports, memos, communications
• Working on pilot studies as assigned
• Travel to sites; field work visits for projects in various phases

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Water Group. This role is involved with planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects.

Salary range is $78,000 - $125,000/yr.

NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water source, distribution, storage, and treatment projects
• Provide support to Lead Project Engineers and other team members
• Hydraulic design for pump and piping systems
• Master planning, asset management
• Writing technical reports, memos, communications
• Working on pilot studies as assigned
• Travel to sites; field work visits for projects in various phases
