The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection seeks a Water Program Specialist to support statewide water quality programs and assist with agricultural nutrient and sediment control practices. This position supports statewide water quality programs by providing technical direction, developing guidance, and assisting with conservation and regulatory initiatives. The work strengthens environmental protection efforts that address nutrient management, erosion control, and agricultural conservation practices.
