• Oversee water production at the treatment plant to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality drinking water.
• Plan, organize and coordinate the work of the plant team to meet objectives and standards.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations (Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Act, RMP).
• Manage staffing, materials and equipment; approve procurement and budget for operations.
• Develop operational plans, monitor project progress and report metrics.
• Establish vendor and contractor arrangements and enforce safety policies.
