Job summary

The Cadmus Group LLC is seeking a motivated research and policy analyst to join its Water Team in Arlington, VA. You will support EPA and other government clients by researching lead, contaminants, and water sustainability issues, analyzing data, and drafting practical policy guidance.

You will collaborate with experts to deliver solutions that protect public health, strengthen infrastructure, and promote environmental justice across communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, sciences, social sciences, environmental science and policy or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coursework in EPA regulatory programs, water science, or policy preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented; able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data to inform policy decisions and regulatory development.
• Draft reports, guidance documents, case studies, and outreach materials for diverse audiences.
• Support project managers with planning, coordination, and quality assurance.
• Develop training materials and outreach tools for states, tribes, and water systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide timely feedback to task managers on task progress.
