Job summary
Alliance Water Resources is seeking a Supervisor to work at our Clay division, located in the Kearney, MO area. This role focuses on customer service and oversees daily operation and maintenance of the water distribution system. Schedule is Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with a base pay of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license and water certifications. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within a growing water
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain water certifications.
- Experience in water/wastewater system maintenance preferred.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate activities.
- Excellent communication with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and performs operation and maintenance for water distribution systems.
- Prepares daily schedules and assigns staff.
- Supports contractors and utilities as needed.
- Responds to client inquiries and suggests improvements.
- Maintains safety records and equipment inspections.
- Prepares reports to meet regulatory requirements.
