WhiteWater, Inc. in the northeast seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to execute tasks assigned by supervision, act as the point of contact, and coordinate larger, more complex work within the area.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in maintenance or a regulated industry, a High School Diploma, and water/wastewater operations experience, plus MA wastewater operator certification, Water Distribution D-1 or Water Treatment T-1, and a valid MA hoisting license.

Qualifikationen

• Education in water/wastewater operations preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with water/wastewater plant troubleshooting, operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and equipment specs.
• MA regulatory requirements knowledge and applicable certifications.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate larger and more complex work within the assigned area.
• Serve as the point of contact and supervise maintenance technicians under influence and direction.
• Support WhiteWater Operations group and external clients with timely task execution.
