The RPR will act as the primary liaison among clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring on-site activities align with plans, specifications, and codes.

Qualifications

• Regular field visits to active construction sites with safety procedures.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Observe compliance with plans, contracts, codes, and standards.
• Prepare daily observation reports and project documentation.
• Communicate inspection results with project team.
• Assist in gathering survey data as needed.
• Monitor expenditures and budget.
• Review plans for conflicts, scheduling, and quality control.
• Monitor contractor adherence to schedule and report challenges.
• Attend design and progress meetings as required.

Responsibilities
