McClure Engineering Co LLC is seeking a Senior On-Site Representative/Resident Project Representative (RPR) to oversee construction engineering on drinking water and wastewater projects. The Sr.

RPR will work with project managers and stakeholders as the primary liaison among client, contractor and design teams. The role requires strong knowledge of contracts, plans interpretation, punch lists, pay estimates, and on-site coordination with multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience on wastewater and drinking water construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s liaison between client, contractor and design team.
• Read plans, monitor pay estimates, change orders and record drawings.
• Prepare punch lists and ensure completion.
• Resolve conflicts with professionalism on site.
