Job summary

McClure is seeking a Senior On-Site Representative/Resident Project Representative to coordinate and lead construction engineering activities on water and wastewater projects. The role involves interfacing with project managers, the owner, contractors, and design teams to ensure contract requirements are met and projects progress smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring extensive field experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CAD/REVIT.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• Construction/civil engineering degree a plus.
• 10–15 years in wastewater and/or drinking water construction preferred.
• Experience reading plans, pay estimates and change orders.
• Ability to read civil drawings and use CAD/REVIT software.
