Job summary

McClure is seeking an On-Site Representative/Resident Project Representative (RPR) to work closely with project managers on a variety of construction sites in Iowa. The RPR will act as the primary liaison among client, contractor, and project team, performing field inspections and ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards.

The position requires 1–2 years of related field experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with basic office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related construction field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, PDF).

Responsibilities

• Perform field visits to active construction sites while following safety procedures.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Monitor compliance with plans, codes, and standards.
• Prepare daily observation reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team and client on inspection results.
• Assist in gathering survey data as needed.
