Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a motivated and dependable Water & Mold Mitigation Technician to join our growing team serving parts of Fairfax and Loudoun County. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in delivering fast, high‑quality work while helping homeowners and businesses recover from water and mold damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergencies
• Assess and document damage
• Perform water extraction and set up drying equipment
• Remove damaged materials and apply antimicrobial treatments
• Take moisture readings and job photos
• Communicate with customers and maintain clean, safe job sites
• Participate in training and on‑call rotation

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)
• Must reside within a 30‑minute commute of Dulles, VA

Preferred

IICRC certification, restoration experience, Xcelerate/Encircle/Xactimate knowledge.
