Restoration Technician - Water and Mold Damage

Full Time | Growth Opportunities | Overtime Pay | Lead Technician Opportunities Available

We're seeking a Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in managing and executing water and mold remediation jobs from start to finish while providing top-tier customer service.

Experience Required

• Review scope of work with homeowners and clearly explain the process
• Provide realistic job timelines and set expectations with client
• Perform water and mold remediation, including basic demolition and cleanup
• Maintain a clean work truck
• Keep all job paperwork updates in our system
• Be available for on-call emergencies when scheduled (overtime paid)

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn industry basics including square foot and linear foot calculations
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing hands-on labor
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
