Job summary

Restoration 1 of Dulles is hiring a Water Damage Restoration Technician to respond to emergency calls and perform extraction, drying, and mold remediation. You will document moisture readings, operate drying equipment, and maintain job sites.

Training and advancement opportunities available; must live within 30 minutes of Dulles, VA. Benefits include paid time off and holidays, company car usage, and ongoing IICRC certifications as part of professional development.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical aspects of restoration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage calls.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Perform mold remediation.
• Document jobs with moisture readings and photos.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
