This field-based role travels to residential and commercial job sites and requires nights at home with day trips to sites around Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves using hand and power tools, setting up and operating drying equipment, and following safety protocols while working in challenging environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, flood cleanup, and water damage mitigation.
• Assist with mold remediation, containment, and cleanup.
• Perform demolition and tear-out of damaged drywall, flooring, carpet, insulation, cabinets, and other building materials.
• Clean and sanitize properties affected by water, mold, fire, smoke, and other damage.
• Remove debris and damaged materials from residential and commercial properties.
• Set up, operate, and move drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and water extraction equipment.
• Use common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Travel between job sites and work as part of a restoration crew.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned restoration tasks.
