Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is hiring Water Mitigation Technicians to support our Houston/Austin team. You’ll help customers after water or storm events, set up drying equipment, monitor progress, and restore properties to pre-loss condition.

No extensive experience required; we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, operating drying gear, documenting progress with a mobile device, and maintaining a safe, professional job site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage and emergency mitigation projects.
• Extract water and remove damaged, non-salvageable materials as directed.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
• Document drying progress using a company-provided mobile device.
• Perform moisture readings and follow restoration protocols.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Drive company vehicles safely while following company policies and traffic laws.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.
