Qualifications

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Water extraction, set drying equipment, moisture readings, and documentation.
• Communicate with customers and provide top-tier service.
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency response schedule.
