J. Blanton Plumbing seeks an experienced Water Mitigation Sales Representative to drive sales and lead restoration projects in Northbrook, IL. You will educate homeowners and property managers on mitigation services and build lasting client relationships.

The role combines technical knowledge of water damage restoration with proactive business development, offering commission-based earning and a clear growth path within our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct water mitigation sales experience.
• Proven experience in water damage restoration, mitigation sales, estimating, or restoration-related work.
• Xactimate and Matterport experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects and identify sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on our services and grow the customer base.
• Document scope, timelines, and mitigation activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurers.
• Coordinate with crew chief on expectations and changes.
• Proactively recommend additional restoration and remediation services.
