Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record. Candidates should be able to lift, bend, and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide field customer service, handle new water service connects and closeouts.
• Deliver delinquency notices, turn off services, and restore after payment.
• Inspect meters for tampering, leaks, and malfunctions; report issues.
• Perform water meter exchanges, installs, and repairs (5/8"–2").
• Complete service orders and ensure accurate billing; respond to questions.
