Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a Water Sector Market Leader for the DMV region to drive development and execution of Accenture's water growth plans across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

You will lead regional business development, digital transformation initiatives, and operations performance while partnering with government agencies, utilities, and commercial clients to deliver innovative water solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, Construction Management, Information Systems, or equivalent is necessary.
• 5+ years of experience in the water industry, digital water, smart utilities, or technology transformation programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead region-wide business development for water, building high-value relationships with clients across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Develop and execute new business capture plans to address water-related challenges.
• Lead marketing and sales plans to deploy water capabilities in the DMV area.
• Partner with state and local agencies and utilities to drive engagement and outcomes.
• Drive digital water strategy and transformation initiatives, including IoT, digital twin, and AI-enabled optimization.
• Oversee EAM/CMMS implementations aligning digital tools with operations.
