• Two years of increasingly responsible maintenance experience for advancement to Worker II.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled maintenance and construction duties related to water distribution systems and facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as dump trucks, backhoes, and pumps; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Inspect water lines, hydrants, meters, and valves; install and test new service connections and meters.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency response as needed.
