Job summary
Consor is seeking a Water Design Lead – Project Manager in Utah to lead municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will provide technical and project leadership within your design team, coordinating with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver water, wastewater, or stormwater solutions.
Salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience. The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and coordination, with opportunities for client relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 8+ years of experience in stormwater, water & wastewater, or water resources engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through construction for municipal infrastructure.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing; meet client expectations.
- Act as primary client contact and support business development.
- Provide senior-level technical oversight within the design team.
- Coordinate with roadway, structural, geotechnical, and utility disciplines.
- Mentor engineers and designers on project teams.
