Job summary

Breeza Industrial is seeking a full-time Water-Jet Operator to join our fabrication team. The role offers a Monday-Friday daytime shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with a starting wage of $18-$22 per hour and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan.

You will operate the water-jet, load/run jobs with computer software, load/unload materials, inspect parts, deburr and clean, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Familiarity with calipers or other measuring tools is a plus.
• Dependable, willing to learn and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate the water-jet table to cut parts to specifications.
• Load and run jobs using computer software.
• Load and unload materials.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
• Deburr and clean finished parts.
• Perform maintenance and general equipment upkeep.

Starting Wage: $18-$22/hour, based on manufacturing and fabrication experience

Our water-jet uses a high-pressure stream of water and abrasive to cut a wide variety of materials and parts-from metal and plastic to rubber, wood and more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating the water-jet table to cut parts to specifications


• Using computer software to load and run jobs


• Loading and unloading materials


• Inspecting parts for accuracy and quality


• Deburring and cleaning finished parts


• Performing maintenance, troubleshooting and general equipment upkeep


• Paying close attention to detail


• Keeping your work area clean and organized

We're willing to train the right person.

Basic computer skills are important, and the ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements and dimensions will help you succeed. Familiarity with calipers or other measuring tools is a plus.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.
