Job summary

Six years of experience in the listed duties or an Associates degree with four years of experience.
Six years of experience in CNC water jet operations, setup, and inspection.
Experience reading engineering drawings and working with multiple materials.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC water jet cutting equipment.
Review drawings, work instructions, and material requirements before production.
Load materials and position on cutting table; select programs and tooling.
Monitor operations, adjust settings to maintain quality, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers.
Perform deburring and finishing; maintain records of production and maintenance.
Communicate issues to appropriate personnel and follow safety procedures.
