Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and CAD files.
• Program CNC waterjet equipment and adjust cutting parameters.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and squares to inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor abrasive waterjet cutting machines to produce precision-cut parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate cuts.
• Program CNC waterjet equipment and adjust cutting parameters as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including nozzle changes and abrasive media management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
