Job summary

Press‑Seal Corp. seeks a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our precision machining team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will operate Haas lathes and mills, ensuring high‑quality components while maintaining Lean 5S practices.

Experience with Haas controls, basic G‑code, and strong safety orientation are preferred. Key duties include setting up waterjet machines, selecting parameters for best results, inspecting parts, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with Windows-based software and network navigation.
• General machine maintenance knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to pass forklift driving test.
• Ability to stand on concrete and perform repetitive motions.
• Experience with Flow waterjet machines and CNC/laser equipment.
• Experience with 2-D drafting tools AutoCAD or DraftSight.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain waterjet cutting machines.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal results.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures in a lean environment.
