Job summary

You’ll mentor technicians, maintain workflows, and help your team meet deadlines. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day work, oversee technical staff, assign tasks, balance workloads, and track progress.
• Deliver quality work by reviewing models, drawings, data, configurations, and reports for accuracy and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with project managers, engineers, and teams.
• Ensure workflows, procedures, and technology standards are followed.
• Provide hands-on technical support, coaching, and training on tools and processes.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure on-time submissions for project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation and version control to keep information accurate and accessible.
