Job summary

• Experience in preparing, assembling, reviewing and submitting RFP responses.
• Ability to coordinate with estimating, project controls, procurement and other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, assembly, and submittal of RFP responses.
• Coordinate proposal strategy with sales, project directors and managers.
• Ensure deliverables align with proposal development schedule.
• Monitor pursuit team expenditures against budgets.
• Support risk assessment and win strategy discussions.
• Facilitate transition of proposal information to the project team after award.
