Job summary

Smyth Industries Electrical Division seeks an Electrical Foreman with extensive water infrastructure experience to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance on multiple projects in Arizona. You will supervise electrical crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering quality work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as an electrician in industrial/commercial environments.
• 1 year leading 1-2 teams.
• Strong mechanical, analytical, and solution-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical teams across multiple projects under minimum supervision.
• Read blueprints and place circuits, panels, and outlets during construction.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensure safety and quality of work.
• Prepare materials, manage procurement, and document testing results.
