Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year, multi-project CIP in the New England water sector. You will establish a PMO, guide delivery models, and drive performance across schedule, cost, risk, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee design through handover for treatment facilities, conveyance systems, reservoirs, and resilience programs, partnering with utilities and agencies to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years in leadership roles overseeing large infrastructure programs.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a PMO for a multi-billion-dollar CIP.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and document control with accurate forecasting.
• Advise clients on delivery models and procurement strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.
• Integrate resilience, sustainability, and lifecycle asset strategies.
• Develop executive dashboards and client relationship management.
