Job summary

Civil Science, Inc. seeks a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and guide our firmwide water services. You will lead technical delivery, business development, and cross-office collaboration to serve communities in the region.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and expanding our water offerings across water, sewer, and drainage sectors. A PE license and extensive municipal project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years of water infrastructure engineering and project management experience.
• Proven track record leading municipal water projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff and build technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Provide technical leadership on water transmission, distribution, storage, source development and planning.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers and project managers, and develop training programs.
• Recruit, retain and develop water infrastructure talent.
