• Strong math, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license; extensive travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor water and wastewater construction for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Record field observations, measurements, and computations to verify work performed.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports and maintain project records.
• Coordinate or conduct quality assurance testing, inspections, and surveys.
