Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS or MS in Construction Management or related Engineering program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team.
• Interest and experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Coursework in construction management or construction engineering preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; Procore or similar preferred.
• Preference given to local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite construction inspection for contract compliance.
• Coordinate materials testing and oversight.
• Document construction progress and prepare reports.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Job Site Hazard Analyses and Owner’s facility documentation.
