Job summary

Dakota Supply Group is seeking a Water Heater Delivery Driver in Plymouth, MN. This full-time, hourly role involves delivering products to customers and jobsites, loading and unloading, and maintaining safe driving records.

Typical hours are 7am–4pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional variation based on business needs. The position requires a valid driver's license, basic warehouse knowledge, and the ability to use a forklift and RF scanner.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work under time deadlines.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving is preferred.
• Experience with forklift operation and warehouse tools is helpful.
• Familiarity with computer systems and RF scanners.
• Basic warehouse and delivery knowledge improves performance.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery truck safely according to policy.
• Coordinate with warehouse on product loading.
• Inspect truck/trailer per DOT standards before trips.
• Communicate delivery dates and times with customers.
• Deliver to job sites, businesses and homes within radius.
• Unload materials at customer locations per instructions.
• Maintain DOT/OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Operate forklift and use RF scanner when pulling orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
