Job summary

K Dakota Supply Group in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our full-time, hourly team. The role focuses on delivering products to customers and jobsites, loading and unloading, and maintaining safe vehicle operations within a defined routing area.

You will work 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with DOT/OSHA compliance and strong teamwork. DSG emphasizes ESOP ownership, training, and career growth across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver’s License with the ability to obtain a medical card (required).
• Basic product and warehouse/delivery knowledge normally acquired in 1–3 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively under pressure and time deadlines.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull or move items weighing 70-325lbs with the aid of mechanical device or another person.
• Prior computer knowledge, experience, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery truck safely according to policy.
• Coordinate with warehouse to load products.
• Inspect truck and trailer per policy and DOT standards.
• Communicate vehicle safety or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Drive to customer locations, typically within 150 miles of branch.
• Unload materials at customers’ sites as instructed.
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations.
• Operate forklift and use RF scanner to track status.
