Job summary

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Water Fitness Instructor with availability two times per week. A water exercise certification and CPR/First Aid/AED are required, with a nationally accredited fitness certification (ACE/NETA/AFAA/NASM) or YMCA Foundations to be earned within 6 months of hire.

Preferred candidates have at least one year of group fitness teaching experience. Benefits include a free family membership, program discounts, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Certification in water fitness required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Nationally accredited group fitness certification (ACE/NETA/AFAA/NASM) or YMCA Foundations within 6 months of hire.

• Provide excellent service to members in a safe, enjoyable environment promoting wellness.
• Engage with members in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
