Job summary

Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration in Illinois seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on water, fire, and mold restoration projects. You’ll lead field crews, ensure safety and company standards, and support the Project Manager to keep jobs on track.

The role requires 1–2 years in restoration or construction, knowledge of restoration techniques, leadership skills, and comfort with Encircle/Albiware/DocuSketch on mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of water and fire restoration techniques; IICRC certifications a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate crews.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with mobile apps/software (Encircle, Albiware, DocuSketch).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews on active job sites.
• Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed.
• Oversee equipment setup, usage, and retrieval (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.).
• Document daily job progress in Encircle/Albiware.
• Assist with demolition, mitigation, and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Communicate with Project Managers on progress, crew needs, and customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and proper handling of customer property.
• Train and mentor Helpers and new technicians.

Position Summary
