The role emphasizes restoration workflows, insurance coordination, documentation, and customer communication, with growth into leadership within a fast-paced emergency services environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project supervision.
• IICRC Certification or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in emergency response situations (after-hours rotation).

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation and remediation projects from intake to final documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, moisture mapping, and scope development.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in JobSight and Encircle.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field technicians.
