PuroClean of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Water & Fire Mitigation Supervisor to lead field operations, supervise mitigation technicians, and ensure safe, professional project completion with exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will manage water damage, drying, fire/smoke and mold remediation across residential and commercial losses, coordinating with staff, insurers, and clients while maintaining thorough documentation.
PuroClean of Pittsburgh is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Water & Fire Mitigation Supervisor to become a key member of our team.
Pay: $65,00-75,000 per year
We are a family-owned restoration company with a high-performance, customer-first culture. We believe in taking care of our customers, supporting our team, and doing the job right.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restoration professional who wants to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, manage jobs, communicate confidently with customers, solve problems in the field, and work alongside the team when needed.
This is a working supervisor position. As our Pittsburgh operation continues to grow, this position will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and grow with the company.
As our Water & Fire Mitigation Supervisor, you will help lead field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and can be trusted to manage projects without constant supervision.
IICRC WRT certification is strongly preferred.
Additional certifications such as ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, or other restoration-related certifications are a plus.
We’re building something in Pittsburgh, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us—not simply fill a position.
Our field team is supported by our office and management team to help keep documentation, estimating, insurance requirements, and project administration moving forward.
That allows our field leaders to concentrate on what they do best: taking care of customers, managing projects, and leading their teams.
We maintain high standards and expect our team members to take ownership of their responsibilities. In return, we provide the support, tools, training, and opportunities needed to succeed.
As our Pittsburgh operation continues to expand, strong performers will have opportunities for additional responsibility and career advancement.
If you’re an experienced restoration professional who can lead from the front, take ownership of your projects, provide exceptional customer service, and help us build a strong team, we’d like to talk with you.
