PUROCLEAN OF PITTSBURGH is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor to lead restoration teams in residential and commercial settings. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality restoration outcomes.

The candidate will manage job details, coordinate with production and office staff, and provide clear documentation and communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven supervision experience with restoration teams in residential and commercial settings.
• Strong management and team leadership with excellent managerial communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Daily documentation of all communications and work performed via our software.
• Explain our process to customers and obtain approvals/sign-off.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response as needed.
• Collaborate with production, office staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a proactive, yes-ma’am attitude.
• Maintain an orderly, safe work area and manage jobs.
• Oversee job management and high-quality service.
• Handle drying, fire mitigation, mold remediation, demolition.
• Debris removal as part of restoration operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.
• Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customer's questions.
• 24/7 Emergency response at customers requests performing necessary tasks.
• Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.
• Ensure client satisfaction. Always have the yes ma’am attitude we can help you with that.
• Maintaining an orderly and organized work area.
• Job management.
