Job summary

Ardmore Roderick seeks a Water Facilities Construction Project Manager to join our Chicago team. You will oversee the construction of CIP projects for the Chicago Department of Water Management, coordinating multi‑discipline teams and ensuring alignment with contract documents and schedules.

You will manage budgets and schedules, work with residents and inspectors, and report progress to clients. A civil/structural/mechanical background with 6+ years in municipal water projects is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in municipal CIP programs with design‑bid‑build delivery.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Chicago Department of Water Management (DWM) and oversee CIP construction.
• Serve as construction manager for improvements to major water facilities and associated systems.
• Lead multi‑discipline project teams and manage consultants' contractual commitments.
